MOTIV’s 100% Challenge rewards good school attendance in two ways: every child that achieves 100% attendance receives a reward; and those most improved – or demonstrating 100% Effort in their attendance are also eligible for a reward at the school’s discretion.
The MOTIV 100% Experience is a pupil reward programme with a difference. During each ‘experience’, we give secondary-age pupils exclusive access to organisations that they wouldn’t normally come into contact with, from days out at football clubs, technology start-ups and TV studios to manufacturing companies and even live music venues. While they’re there, pupils learn new skills – and discover just what kinds of careers are available to them if they aspire.
The MOTIV 100% Experience is rewarding to some, life changing to others. It drives home the message that attending school and learning is not only worth it today – it leads to satisfying, fulfilling lives tomorrow.
