Let’s Get Healthy. As well as working within workplaces and with different community organisations. Let’s Get Healthy also deliver and train school staff to deliver our children’s health and wellbeing programme, “jump on board.”
The programme, which was developed with the help of Leeds Metropolitan University is based on the principles of physical activity, healthy eating and lifestyle change and not merely aims to educate the children but also increase their self esteem, self efficacy and team working skills.
The programme has many benefits when delivered within schools, encourages parental engagement and can be evaluated; moreover, the school staff training is also accredited by the NCFE – a nationally awarding body for vocational qualifications.
